Proven expertise: From 55% to 95% HMIS accuracy
The work behind HMISpring is grounded in hands-on experience and proven results. In a previous organization that served over 3500 clients each year, our founder led HMIS data cleanup and staff training at a time when data accuracy was around 55 percent. Through consistent coaching, practical training, and collaborative support, that accuracy improved to approximately 95 percent within a little over a year, with some staff consistently achieving 98 percent accuracy. That experience shaped the foundation of HMISpring, reinforcing that strong HMIS data is about clarity, consistency, and giving staff the tools they need to succeed.
