Pricing & Privacy Disclaimer
Pricing ranges are estimates based on the number of identified corrections, the proportion of structural or workflow-related issues, and the overall condition of the dataset. Final pricing is confirmed following a brief diagnostic review to ensure the project scope, complexity, required access, and estimated timeline are clearly understood.
HMISpring works only within the system access and permissions granted by each agency and its Continuum of Care (CoC). All cleanup activities are completed in alignment with HUD data standards, CoC policies, and applicable privacy and security requirements.
Certain projects may require client-sponsored HMIS training, CoC certification, Tableau access, or project-specific permissions before work can begin. Tableau access is required to validate corrections, identify recurring data quality issues, and confirm that corrected records are no longer flagged within the system.

- All client data accessed during services remains strictly confidential.
- HMISpring does not alter or correct personally identifiable information (PII) as part of standard cleanup services.
- HMISpring follows industry best practices to protect sensitive information and does not share client data with third parties without explicit written authorization from the agency or CoC.
- Access is limited to the minimum permissions necessary to complete approved project work.
